GD Fabrication and CRF Chassis Partner to Present Crew Chief of the Race Award!

(April 14th, 2026) - The latest exciting partnership for the Easy-Kleen Super Late Model Series is a special one - one that will put the spotlight on some hard working crew members during the 2026 season.

GD Fabrication and CRF Chassis have teamed up to present the Crew Chief of the Race Award for the 2026 season! The award has been designated as being awarded to the crew chief of the 4th place finishing team in each of the six 150-lap events on the schedule. The winning crew chief will receive a prize - a $125 gas card per race - courtesy of GD Fabrication and CRF Chassis.

In addition to the contingency prize every race, GD Fabrication will also offer a year-end prize to teams on the Easy-Kleen Super Late Model Series! Eligible drivers will be entered into a draw to win a $500 GD Fabrication certificate at the year-end banquet.

Based in Atlantic Canada, the Easy-Kleen Super Late Model Series was formed in the fall of 2022 through a partnership between three local race tracks. The upcoming 2026 season will mark the fourth season of competition on the heels of a history-making 2025 campaign - one where Tanton Wooldridge became the youngest Super Late Model champion in Atlantic Canadian racing history.

Action commences on Saturday May 16th at Petty International Raceway, with the season running through mid-August when the cars and stars return to Petty to book-end the season and crown a champion on Saturday August 15th after a pair of stops at both Speedway 660 and Oyster Bed Speedway.
